A very short flash animation. I was supposed to make a really long one. This animation was for a quiz show, rhye knows about it. But a day before the presentation, my squeeky old hardisk just crashed without any warning. My brother helped me recover the files but not all wr recovered.99% of the hardisk? reduced to dust. I was doing several scenes accross different flash files so that each one will not be very very big.Big files will easily slow down my system. (My computer is pentium2, so its kinda old and it has small physical memory. The darn hardisk drive that crashed was only 4gigabytes!!!) Some :katana: fight scenes wr cut. Coz the files wr lost. U will notice that this short movie has so many redundant scenes. This was to just make something out of what was left. :(Grrrrr.... what a waste ... oh well,... that's life.

Thats awesome. The animations are so smooth.
What fps are you using?

:iconmungkey:
im using 30 fps, i selected it coz its kinda smooth when i make it to NTSC video format which uses 29.97 something fps. Ur animations are very cool too. what fps do u suggest I use? is 30 fps good for web ?

Of course.Nothing wrong with it, Im using 20 most of the time though because im doing alot of fbf and it would take months of work to do it at 30 fps so, bleh..

hot damn ... this animation is awesome ... even though some of the scene's were cut i think it is still is a great animation ... very fluid and smooth ...

a little tid bit on fps ... 15 fps is around the point in which the human starts to see animation with out jumpiness ... 24 fps is around the point where animation is completely fluid to the human ... i believe the reason they use 29.97 and 30 fps is incase of the player lossing a few frames here and there ...

as far as framerate goes for flash files ... it depends on the quality of your computer along side the set framerate ... i've noticed some of my animations run differently on different computers ... a good rule of thumb is whatever you set your fps to is the limit that animation will play ... but the actual rate may go down ...

just thought i would through my two cents in ...
keep up the good work and hope you have better luck with your computer ... i know how it feels to lose a hard drive :'-(
